Lash Policy
Patch test
Patch test is recommended if you have had a previous allergic reaction or sensitivity to eyelash extensions, or if you’re pregnant. If you experience any adverse reaction (including itching, stinging, burning or swelling) within twenty-four hours of your patch test, please let us know – this is an indication that you have a sensitivity or allergy to eyelash extensions.

Infills
-
Fill prices will reflect either the percentage of extensions still attached to the natural lashes and the time that has elapsed since your most recent visit.
-
Lashes must be approximately 50% full in order to be considered as a fill. Those with less will be charged a big fill or the full set price will apply. Please let us know in advance when booking as service time may differ.
-
Any lash sets that have reached 3+ weeks are not eligible for a fill and a full set will need to be booked

Foreign fill
If you had your lashes done at another salon, a foreign fill price may be applied. This will vary from case to case.
If your current lashes are improperly applied and are compromising the integrity of your natural lashes, our lash technicians will need to perform a complete removal + full set of fresh lashes or discuss other lash rehab options.
Quick fix
Every client is entitled to a 3-day period to inform us of any complaints including excessive fallout or shaping concerns. Please let us know as soon as possible and a complimentary touch-up appointment will be scheduled to address these areas of concern. Any issues or complaints beyond 3 days will no longer be complimentary and payment will be required.
Allergies
In the event an allergic reaction occurs, we recommend seeking medical attention first and foremost. If desired or recommended by a medical professional, a complimentary removal will be provided. However, per the Refund Policy, once the service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
